Paul brings over 25 years experience building, scaling and selling agencies across the world. He understands what it takes to grow an agency - not just in numbers but in influence, reputation, and long-term value.

As the co-founder and former Chairman of 90TEN, a global healthcare comms consultancy, Paul led the business to become one of Europe’s most awarded and respected agencies. 90TEN’s mission - to make people healthier and happier through life-changing education and communications - was backed by results-driven work for half of the top 20 global pharma companies, including Pfizer, Novartis, Gilead, and Roche.

Under his leadership, 90TEN earned accolades such as EMEA Healthcare Consultancy of the Year (SABRE Awards), Best Agency in Europe (PR Week Global Awards), and Comms Consultancy of the Year (Communiqué Awards - three times). Paul has notched up 50+ industry awards and was named in the PR Week PowerBook three years in a row.

In 2021, Paul sold 90TEN to Envision Pharma Group, successfully exiting the business. Today, Paul is a trusted advisor, angel investor, and mentor to over 20 companies. He’s also a Limited Partner in three private equity funds and works hands-on with agency leaders ready to scale, refine, or sell.
